That very thought had crossed my mind, but the other 'tards would rip the room apart for her because she really is that lazy. And those people can't make a cup of tea quietly.

Having you download the instructions for the second build of a really expensive Lego set is total BS. Nobody in their right mind is gonna print out those pages in colour, and so you'll be needing a plugged-in laptop or tablet every time you go to build a ginormous set. The instructions are also in four parts for no particular reason. Basically, they thought they'd have you pay the printing costs once they'd lured you in.

That is pants. The Lego Creator sets I've seen with three different build options have always had full colour instructions in the box.

Fcuking hipsters! Trying to buy a mountain bike and everything's poncey - 39" frames but with random, tiny wheel sizes, for instance. It's all a bit fcuking useless when you're 6 foot tall and not trying to look like a circus clown

I'd love to, but we've basically got Halfords and that's it. Unless you wanna hand over £300 for something worth half that. It doesn't help that not one site's height recommendations come anywhere close to another's Might as well just get one delivered from fcuking Argos at this rate.

Being tall maybe consider a 29er (29" wheels). Being a short arse I don't have this problem

Rifkind on TV blaming Facebook for Lee Rigby's murder. When the security services he was supposedly overseeing had been tracking the killer. Oh, and he's the cash for access guy. Yeah. Cnut.

Far as I can tell, a girl in work has brought in an absolute stinker of a cold and given it to me. I think it's breaking, but that's not much consolation with seriously irritated sinuses and never-ending snot I really hate it because I barely ever get colds.

I found out why I didn't get security clearance for my work visa in UAE. In the box for 'religion', I put 'none' (as I'm an atheist). Apparently that is an instant fail. You have to have a religion to work there. It doesn't matter what it is, but you have to have one.
What a backwards rule.

I'm a bit surprised that you did not ask anyone about the paperwork, or the life there? I'm not sure movie to Saudi would have been a great match for you. Anyway fingers crossed that you find something good. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It's not just UAE. A friend of mine used to work at a Catholic School in Glasgow. He left to work in New Zealand. The woman they had lined up to take over his job fell at the last hurdle because she put down that she was an atheist and the Church apparently has the right of veto on any appointment. It seems you don't need to believe in Catholicism but you need to believe in something (although I suspect a self confessed Satanist might also be rejected). I think my friend put down he was a Pastafarian so they aren't that picky.
