I'm assuming someone has been expecting the queen to pop her clouds for a while then?
I can see why Charles gets them, but not why, as reported, William gets them. He won't be king for decades.

The problem is how gung ho he gets, plus he actually has higher access than some of the ministers in the actual departments.
