I'm quite enjoying 'The Expanse'. Essentially an old school cold war thriller set on the future, with relatively 'hard' sci fi technology (e.g. no warp drive or ray guns). Has a bit of a feel of the more recent Battlestar Galactica about it.

Probably one of the best new series I've seen in years.

Only ten months to wait for season 2

Took a bit of a swerve towards the end but thoroughly enjoyable overall.

Ok, so last night's X Files was bit of fun. Kind of glad they can still do that kind of story now that Vince Gilligan's doing his own thing.

But - and this is generally a real niggle for me - why did Mulder's phone play the theme music? Why? I hate it when programmes do that kind of thing. Always have. It shatters the myth of the reality of the characters for me. Annoying.

This series isn't like the others. I'm actually enjoying the fact they clearly aren't taking themselves too seriously, or at least balancing a line between weightier topics and being just self aware enough.
There's a couple of characters who show up later that might make you raise an eyebrow.

Daredevil S2 review seems to be mostly positive.

I loved the episode of The X Files this week.
I've been a fan of Darin Morgan ever since the 'Clive Bruckman's Final Repose' episode of the show.
He twists the show format and throws in some great moments of humour between Scully and Mulder.

I'm pretty sure Mulders phone has always played the theme tune?

I forgot it was happening next month, I'd mostly been ignoring all the puff piece articles but I always send reviews to my Kindle for after-viewing, cheers!

Anybody else watching Quantico? Just watched the first episode, and it looks promising.

It's on my list of things to watch, glad to hear it's showing some promise.

I am now up to date on Quantico and can confirm that it is, indeed, living up to it's initial promise.
