There are a lot of non-sport channels that are tied to Sky in one way or another (by which I mean you need Sky/Virgin or something like Now TV). Most of them are trash right enough but they have a number of documentary channels (everyone wave to oceanicitl) and things like Atlantic. I'd be surprised if Sky gave a publicly available breakdown of their subscriber numbers by package (or my Google-fu is weak today).

I don't personally see the advantage myself (I'm on Freeview).

I've seen the first two seasons, and I keep meaning to watch further, but... meh. Maybe I'll catch up when there's nothing else on.

Jessica Jones - Finally watched 'the second half'. It's like a 13 hour chase drama with no satisfying conclusions to anything, really, not even the finale. There should have been a much bigger pay-off for all the grim sh1t that went on.

The lead is funny once an episode but a dull watch the rest of the time. The entire supporting cast are more interesting because they're not a cipher and are better written.

I only managed to finish it because it will eventually tie into a bigger show... of all the Marvel properties, Jessica Jones is the one I care about least by a long way.

Daredevil season 2 - Only watched the first episode and it's laughably exposition-happy, but at least the fight scenes are good. A certain character may have been handled right for the first time in decades onscreen :D

There wasn't a crap episode this season, consistently great. So good it made me wonder if I could sit through the next series of Jessica Jones cos it will likely seem boring as hell after this.

Jeremy Renner Would Love A 'HAWKEYE' Marvel Netflix Series — Latino-Review.com

Sounds a better idea than a Widow team-up movie, though I'd imagine it would cost way more than the rest.

And how much of that third was domestic I wonder? Blaming the customers when the entire world is now on some form of catch-up is idiotic.

Gotham - We're back to being laughable... Even considering the end of the first half of this season, or the weatherballoon dude, this is the worst episode by far. Dialogue a ten year old would throw away, plot devices that totally ignore the modern world when it suits (characters have mobile phones but no CCTV or computers, apparently)... So infuriating after how good recent episodes were compared to the dross beforehand.

Supergirl - Honestly not much better than Gotham this week, apparently they don't have CCTV anywhere either. And yet they've hidden something even Blue can't find... Oh, we're also totally ignoring the threat from weeks ago. And the stench of cheese.

I wouldn't be surprised if everything was rewritten just to accomodate an upcoming event, cos this episode was dire.

Flash - Exposition episode, basically, but at least they gave it a budget as a result.

SHIELD - All the cheese, and purely to set up the next spin-off.
