Thanks  No promotion in the offing yet, the only job above mine is currently filled (very well) by my boss but during my PDR she asked me about career progression and I said "Yep, still waiting for your job"  should mean a decent payrise if I can keep it up to the end of the year though  _________________The Official "Saucy Minx" This above all: To Thine Own Self Be True "Red sky at night, Shepherds Delight"..Which is a bit like Shepherds Pie, but with whipped topping instead of mashed potato.
