The outcome won't even be close to the profit and misery they've enabled.
I think this was posted elewhere here last week. However, shows how businesses think when it comes to getting an allowance for thinks like the medication review consultations. Instead of heeding the limit as as a limit (ie do this thing, but don’t go mad), it’s been turned into a target because of the amount of cash that can be raked in.
Editing the letter was “a common courtesy,” said Vergani, the vice-president of external communications at Walgreens Boots Alliance, who described her work on the letter as “some small grammatical changes”.
“It’s totally normal … it’s a comms job,” she said. However, when asked how often a vice-president at the £60bn multinational edited letters from members of the public, she admitted: “Never.”
I often wonder just what is missed or being sat on by newspapers when the perps are this incompetent.
