More needs to be done to ensure that the “small print” on such adverts is legible to all. Right now, they use a very narrow typeface to fit it all in (the kind used for the small stuff at the end of movie trailers), usually it’s white with a bit of a drop shadow. It’s barely legible and would certainly fail accessibility tests. That’s where the bury the stuff that you should know but they hope you don’t spot.
