Get Shorty TV series in the works | Den of Geek http://www.denofgeek.com/uk/tv/get-shor ... -the-worksWhen I can barely remember a film it's a bad sign, does anyone remember Get Shorty actually being good? I do think it'd make a much better TV show.

Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. This is great. If I've half an hour to stick something on for some light entertainment (lunch break?) then it's perfect. I'm getting so much use from the Netflix trial I might hold on to the subscription for a little while.

Radio rather than telly, but The Curious Cases of Rutherford and Fry are back on.

It's not a bad premise for a TV show to be honest. However the insurance for the stunt performers will be serious money

I really don't see this coming to UK Netflix. Sky and, to a lesser extent, Amazon Prime will stop this from happening over here. Sky especially won't let Netflix get the Disney roster of films without a fight. Add to that what the EU wants with streaming services adding more locally produced content and it seems like an 'us and them' divide will continue. I thought Netflix wanted to work towards a borderless streaming service, this U.S. deal with Disney doesn't really back that up. Mark

I dunno, there's an awful lot of Disney content on Netflix these days. One way or another.

I watched the first six or seven episodes (maybe more). The lead was just too annoying to really care about.

Gotham - It's back to loony town again. Utterly mental scenarios and truly dumb character beats... the show knows it too, it always tries to inject comedy just then.
Characters have just disappeared and returned again over the last few episodes, not even explaining why they suddenly turned up with other people!
It was a seriously hokey episode for a finale, right down to the props.
Legends of Tomorrow - Finally watched the end of this run. As ever, it gets totally lost in/ignores it's own logic and this means few of the scenes have the impact they should.
There is a half decent conclusion but even that would have been better if the show hadn't spent it's first half trying to untangle it's months-long mess. While adding new complications all the way!
The set-up for season 2 is excellent, but it won't mean a thing if this show doesn't have set logic out of the gate
