Supergirl S2 eps 1 & 2 will feature Superman.
Yep, the big Superman hole is actually being filled and presented to us in the first two eps that air on the CW network.
I'm totally unsure about this, though I've no doubt they will handle the final introduction well, I just don't see a ligitimate reason for this other than the fact they wrote the character in to S1 and they have to do something to get themselves out of that hole.

Tbf it was gonna be a hell of a job continually explaining why he wasn't helping her, and it led to some ridiculous scenes where you could only see his boots etc

What winds me up is how inconsistent DC/WB are across the TV and movie universes with their supposed one or the other rule. On TV no Suicide Squad or Amanda Waller, Green Lantern was heavily hinted at, but can he appear now? And now they're properly introducing Supes! Meanwhile, Gotham... has no rules whatsoever. In any sense. Wish they'd make their bloody minds up.

I've a feeling Supes will find a reason to bugger off for ages. It's cheaper if nothing else ;)

This is pretty much what I expect as well, though how can they have it so the man of steel suddenly disappears whenever a new season of Supergirl airs?
In the Supergirl universe, it'd be better if they just killed his character off.
This is Supergirl's show, Superman has had enough TV screen time, he should let his cousin shine.

I recommend The Catch and Heartbeat (if you're a Melissa George fan which I know some forumites are)

Mallrats 2 is now a 10-episode TV series | Den of Geek

I could see that being much better than a likely stretched out film.

Finally got around to watching The Night Manager.

Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Making my way through House of Cards season 4. It's a lot better than 3 but there's still some remarkably dumb moments going on (slight spoiler.............. apparently the Secret Service can just raid places!). This is exactly the sort of nonsense that's held me back from watching this season.

You might get away with a clunker once, but a few in the same episode just makes you question everything that comes after.
