I can't help but smile at this story. It'll be interesting to see the design & layout of the Microsoft shop as well as the traffic flow once the initial hoopla has died down about it. Mark

Not at all - I'd feel dirty if I needed to ask them for advice, but they're just a retailer! They're no different to Asda or Tesco really! They're quite fun to "show up" though, picking holes in their knowledge etc...

It isn't difficult, I must admit. Funny thing was, I had to tell them they had the macbook pro I wanted in stock. They were still trying to sell the old macbook for £950...but their website said it was available to collect at store!

They will attempt to redefine the standards, and if that fails they will carry on anyway.

They'll rely on a 3rd party solution to prevent the building from collapsing - the customers will pay for this though an annual subscription....
