Just finished washing, polishing and waxing my car. Sooo shiny :D

I suspect however I will be regretting this tomorrow when I can't move because my back and shoulders have seized up.

Angela Scanlon on Robot Wars, all she's missing is the traditional leather trousers.

After a marathon hack, I've migrated my Windows 10 bootloader from MBR to GPT and added it to a new spangly GRUB menu.

10 smug points for me :geek:

I did my Transporter yesterday. Wash, clay and polish. Twas actually not so bad, the clay bar makes the polishing really quite easy. Though the hedge scrapes on the nearside will need a machine polish and the roof will have to wait :) If you really want some exercise I did a bathroom refurb last week, the grout was setting in half an hour. That makes your arm ache.

Popped to B&Q to buy a waste pipe. Had a look at LED bulbs. Was going to buy a few. They were trying to get rid of old stock so instead of paying £100 for 10 bulbs, I spent £60.

Got some stuff on boats for the nephew - his new obsession. Titanic DVD (urgh), but at least it came with Romeo and Juliet and Man in the Iron Mask for the same price as buying just Titanic. Also got him a DK book on boats. All for under a fiver.

I got a Jennifer Blood graphic novel for £3 delivered :D

Just had confirmation that my submission to the Dulux bank holiday paint challenge was accepted so that will be a full refund on the paint I got. Even better, I only used one of the two tins of paint so the other will be going back to the shop for a refund as well. All in all, I think I'll be ending up around £50 better off than if I hadn't bothered!

Ordered some new headphones earlier this week.
Original delivery date was between the 20th and the 24th, but late last night Amazon e-mailed me saying that the order would be delivered today, and sure enough, just before leaving the house to come in to work, the delivery arrived. (8+D

There was chat of a Belfast warehouse or something ( :| ), I did wonder when it offered me next day delivery last night! I think I might have taken the £1 credit though...

Just outside Carrickfergus if I recall correctly.
