How bizarre.
I do recall him appearing on HIGNFY some years back on a TV set, until Paul Merton turned him off for being an annoying git.

Well, he appears to have stopped thinking he's Christ and wearing white all the time. I'd expect Delores to be less aloof, and she looks like she'd pour a good pint at the Rover's Return.

From the link: The Daily Mail were worried that their readership might have missed a chance to be offended there by not understanding what pederast meant It looks like Shayler's gone off at the deep end, and no wonder, truth be told...

Interesting that he's into the common law movement though... Makes me wonder if you have to be a bit mental to be open to certain truths. Take David Icke.

You've reminded me of Jim Corr, believe it or not (yes, the one from the band): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mPfszpqq2o4And now I'm off to Wikipedia to find out what happened to the Corrs

Interesting one. His website seems fairly standard for people of that ilk. Not to say that there's nothing of value there.
He also doesn't appear to be quite so mental as Shayler.

I honestly think Shayler may have had a breakdown, where as Corr seems to believe it all, rightly or wrongly

Certainly looks that way. It wouldn't surprise me given the kind of psych evals these people have to take to work for 5 and 6 etc. If you don't have the most adept mind and ability to compartmentalise and detach, I can see it being a serious issue. That said, his attitude to common law is IMO very reasonable and shows a great deal more sanity than a lot of "sane" people. Hence my comment that perhaps being mental opens you up to certain truths. Most of us are so caught in the system, that the truth is (as Al Gore once put it) "inconvenient". It's much like when Morpheus tells Neo that they have a rule about freeing minds over a certain age, as they have trouble letting go. I think we all have trouble letting go in one way or another, but perhaps a proper psych break of some sort frees the mind to an extent. I'm sure somebody with a degree will be along shortly to correct me though. Jim Corr isn't nearly as interesting. David Icke could be mental, talking about reptilians and stuff, but at the same time he's not wearing a skirt and a wig, is he?!
