He may also find himself frustrated by Congress and the Senate. There may be Republican control there too, but he’s not the most popular Republican amongst Republicans either. I get the feeling that he thinks being President is kind of like being a Mediaeval king where what he says will happen. I’m not so sure he’ll be allowed that latitude. He’ll have to convince a lot of experienced politicians that what he wants to do should happen.
