If it's for SUN I'd be sure to put OO.o, not MS Office! (8-p)

Random thing I read today:

Quote:
Wikipedia has a pretty good article on "if and only if" with lots of predicate logic and a good example about custard.

made me

A quote of a quote that made me laugh from the BBC news: The MoD has said about missing equipment:

What the hell are you meant to write when it says "What computer software are you familiar with"? It's only for a customer-facing role, nothing technical based, but I am familiar with many pieces of software. Certainly a lot more than I can fit into the tiny box!

What would you put on your CV? I'd probably lift applications from there seeing as I don't list everything and just summarise major packages and systems.

I'm sure its well within the capabilities of your womanly charms to get your own way - as usual ;)

Luckily for me, my Mister was quite happy with the idea of Indian, so we bought some chopped beef and naan bread while we were shopping and I made a jalfrezi, with pilau rice and naan which has amazingly hit my spot :D

Happy Zippy heading for bed now 8-)

Just spoken to the purple one about her day at work, she works in a shop on a caravan park. She said a woman who was about eight months pregnant came into the shop and asked for forty cigarettes  She was afraid the shop was going to close early and exclaimed "I'd have had a heart attack if I didn't have 20 before bed", this was at 6pm!

The poor child.

I'm loosing my mind... or more accurately, I seem to have lost my lunch :?

I finished work about 6, and since I was driving past Tesco on the way home I stopped to do some shopping. I just now went to make my bacon and egg butty for tomorrow's brunch, and I can't find the bread!

I've checked the receipt. Everything is accounted for, except the bread. One white and one brown, nowhere to be found

I guess I left them on the check-out. That's the umpteenth "senior moment" this month

*adds "brain tonic" to shopping list*

If I had a pound for every time I've had that happen to me, only to find that the "missing" item had fallen out of the shopping bag and was sitting in the boot of my car, waiting patiently to be collected... ;)

Except for one time when I had been shopping and couldn't find the wholemeal loaf... I was about to go and check the car when it floated in through the front door screaming "EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE!"

I hate Dalek bread!

Sorry, I've been trying to slip that one in, (again) for ages!

I'll get my coat
