That would be too easy.

The correct answer is actually 'no'. If you care (I certainly don't), the details of Part IV, Regulation 14 Public Services Contracts Regulations 1993 (SI 1993 No: 3228) as amended implementing Article 29 of Council Directive 92/50/EEC (from the EU) are here: http://www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si1993/Uksi_1 ... htm#mdiv14

So that question could easily have been rephrased as 'Are you bankrupt or subject to criminal proceedings?' :x

How frustrating! They really seem to want to make things as difficult as possible don't they?

Well, according to EDF, we should be sitting in darkness. Everyone in the building has powered down their kit, and we're sitting here patiently awaiting darkness.

We're now told it's likely to be at 1500hrs.

*sigh*

So, to power up again to continue working only for it all to go off again without notice, or to cut and run for the afternoon. Decisions, decisions.

Yeah a years ban for the player who couldn't have made that call himself just has to be wrong.

Jonathan Davies was saying this morning that it is common practice............ :? 8-)

I have just eaten cake ..... I had a lovely cupcake and the most amazing brownie I've ever had!!

I have also consumed 0.5 units of Bucks Fizz, but the fuel in my furnace has just made me more sleepy :( I have boring work this afternoon, typing always makes me tired but I've put it off long enough already and it's got to be done.

Time to turn up the mp3 player and hit the document pile

Edit: Displacement activity, I have just found a local press release about our new site: This is Nottingham Have a look if you're interested... ??

Joy of joys, I finally have my own machine here at work, after two and a bit weeks of hotswapping between various people's laptops. This has put me into quite a state of bliss.

I've just had the most unproductive afternoon yet, arguing with a desk officer about how his electronic documents have to be filed. I've not created the damn stupid structure, some idiot further up the MoD has, I've just got to make people adher to it...I've spent most of the week so far telling people how it can help them and why they need to comply, and no time actually sorting it out! I've got a month left to sort out a large slab, then they are on their own...

GRRRRR!

Ah I hadn't realised who you were working for, well that explains their high grade ability to waste huge amounts of time and effort then :D
