Well surely you could just use NDISwrapper then gav?

Listen, don't worry about it, all in it'll be quicker to reinstall XP :)

All in all I'd say save for a Mac with OS X on it, they just work you know ;) :P.

Can't, if I'm taking out a mortgage it'll be for a house :P

Honestly, use Ndiswrapper.

Go to the bit where you install programs (forgot its name :P) and go to System. Click "Use Windows wifi drivers" or whatever it is.

Install that, use Windows XP drivers and enjoy great wifi.

Simple as that. :)

Too late, reinstalled XP ;)

And I'm about to try my new VM mobile 'band stick soon, so it won't really make much difference about the Wi-fi if that works (I never let myself sit at the netbook for too long, so no real downloading etc) :)
