I was reading about this on a blog but this is the first time I have seen it on any sort of news outlet.

I would certainly try and take that further if I were him. I'd take that all the way to the house of lords if I could.

There's already going to be a statutory fine if any information on you in the NIR is incorrect (even if it's not your fault), I presume then that this precedent also means that if any incorrect information in the NIR severely [LIFTED] up your life HMG don't owe you a penny.

And people tolerate this?
