James, yours is interesting because it's over 20 hops and still works. I was wondering if it was TTL expired or something, but I fail on the 20th hop.

It's also inconsistent. There's two of you on BT, one works and the other doesn't. Likewise with CPW, but they have so many segments it's hard to know where the problem lies.

I'm loathed to try and contact APNIC, and I've already spoken with the people who run the final hop. I just wish I could find the IP of that penultimate router. It's a no reply on every single trace and I think that's where the problem is. I guess it's their ISP gateway, which is who my boss blamed in the first instance...
