I donate to charity as and when I can afford to, it's always the same charities and I don't pay attention to anything else. I have seen the power of the heart-string-tugger adverts though, I used to work in a call centre which did the phone work for BBC Children in Need, after a couple of years you could tell when the phones were going to go nuts, and nobody was allowed to go for a break after the "infomercial" adverts :shock:

Actually you've just reminded me of something that can be costly - the collection for people leaving, gets expensive in a big office or organisation :o

I'm wearing my jeans today for free. Couldnt be arsed to dig out a shirt and trousers this morning. No one seems to have noticed yet tho!
