I somehow managed to bite a huge chunk of my inside-cheek away during the night and I am in agony Peter.

Hurts that doesnt it? Although I seem to have a weird habit of biting bits of skin off the inside of my mouth. :/

I quite often bite my cheek when I'm eating, but this is unbelievable. It's a good few inches wide and seemingly very deep My Mum took a look at it and told me to go to A&E, so I think I might book an appointment at the dentist for Monday. It looks infected to me, so I keep washing it out with alcohol mouthwash, but it just gets more inflamed. Peter.
