It's widely expected that the PS3 will get a price cut tomorrow and possibly even a whole new look. Could make life interesting.

It's probably down to the weak pound right now or the phasing out of the pro, possibly by upgrading the arcade hardware

Either way, 360/PS3 don't exactly go for RRP if you shop around

The pound has rallied in recent weeks and is worth another 20-30c, so a price cut would be more likely if it was dollar/pound exchange rates.

So they've made the RROD more expensive - seems like an odd decision this late in it's life.

While a price cut and slimming would be nice (I'd even accept one or the other if I had to), it's those rumours of eventually bringing back PS2 BC that interest me - also, there isn't that many games I'm that desperate to play just yet...
