Well, I wasn't sure where to post this, so I stuck it here.
Right, on Monday, plugged my headphones into the mm socket on my phone, and started walking to college, put the buds in my ears and sound was only coming out of the right hand bud. I know it's the phone because I tried it with other headphones, and tried the headphones on another MP3 player. I use my phone as my MP3 player because I really can't be bothered to carry one of my 2 iPods around with me. Too much stuff in my pockets otherwise.
I've just e-mailed O2 about it, with all the details about what's wrong, and I get an automated e-mail back, asking me to answer the questions about what's wrong with the phone, erm, I just sent an e-mail saying that... *sigh* But anyway, I replied, still waiting on a reply now, but what was interesting was the warranty, or what they stated, anyway, it said it does not cover general wear and tear, deliberate damage(well duh) and there was something else, but what I wondered, was the wear and tear bit? Can they do that? I think I may be able to get it as an actual hardware fault though, and get it sorted by saying that. Any ideas as to what they'll do? Trouble is, Nokia don't make my phone any more (from what I can see), it's the N78, really annoying because I've had to put up with my Shuffle and it suckorz
