Hello :o

Can you suggest some inoffensive, good songs for some shop music. Banned from the playlist are: Abba, Robbie Williams and dad rock.

Some good examples of good tunes are:
Baker Street - Gerry Rafferty
I Want to Break Free - Queen
Heard It on the Grapevine - Westlife (just kidding it was Marvin Gaye really)
You Keep Me Hangin' On - The Supremes

So, I hope you get the idea :) Any and all suggestions welcome, no swearing please.

Add to that some Frank Turner (the clean tracks, I think a few have swear words in them) :)

Band of Horses - The Funeral?

Don't really pay that much attention to the lyrics, I don't think there's swearing in it.

use instrumental versions of songs.

Or do what the local supermarket does and stick a few portable radios around the place tuned into radio 1.

Blimey, I'd forgotten them. I have an LP on vinyl which I bought for one track. I was horrified when I saw them on the cover - that blokes pink jumper didn't fit my "hard man of metal" image very well.

Mind you, neither did mine.

Reminds me of the Wayne's World 2 joke where the they go to get the applications (then after some dialogue skip to) Garth is having work done by a dentist during a Kenny G concert :D
