Updating my firmware sorted a lot of the install issues - but my PC is still freezing quite a bit! As you can see here the temps look great (even with all my case fans off): However I'm a bit worried about the 12v line. At 9.9v I think that could be the cause - what do you guys think? Also is this something I can fix from the bios?? Thanks Ross

At minus -128 degrees I think the freezing is intentional. Anyway, that does look like a dodgy PSU.

Annoyingly I have been using the PSU for a while without issue - so either its a new issue or this new mobo is more sensitive.

Actually it looks more like speedfans not working properly on your setup considering all the random temperature readings too.
I don't think it's ever reported the correct voltage on any of my motherboards.
I'd double check with other software and the BIOS before worrying too much.

Freezing can also be caused by poor memory chips. Might be worth running memory checking software. Or even not enough memory installed

Yeah BIOS showed the 12V line to be fine - mem tested the ram and now I think that could be the problem

New ram installed and all looks good (old ram crashed whilst using mem tester at 5% with about 130 errors found, new test ran fine until 15% when I got bored - will leave it running later).

Glad to hear you found the solution apparently. Happy computing
