We have a problem with our software at work but it only seems to happen on the training PCs that we have.

We are unsure if the problem is with the software, hardware or network.

I have tried to replicate the problem and can't and by the time the problem has happened the user "can't remember" what they have just pressed.

The only way I can think of seeing it happen is to take a recording of the screen. But, is there any way of taking a recording that will take a recording of the computer stats (NIC, CPU, RAM, HDD use, etc...) as well as recording the screen?

The only way I can think of doing this is to have Task Manager open but if the user closes it or moves a window over it we're stuffed.

Thanks for any input!

Oliver

P.S. we're using Windows XP SP3.
