The latest news is that the television watchdog has decded to axe all television programmes apart from Coronation Street, Top Gear, QI, Match of the Day and The Cube. The statement said "generally, no one gives a [LIFTED] any more". They'll start by diluting the news, including hours of boring arguments with tired politicians, brain numbing celebrity news and headshots of young people who have died, then they'll axe it when there are fewer than 5 viewers, probably around lunch next thursday. The rest of television will be switched off a few days later with the exception of Dave.

Oh crap. Sounds like there'll be one more series next year before it finally dies.

This is actually bad news for the other commercial channels, because it now means that they'll have to spend more money on their summer schedules, which will have the knock-on effect that their schedules for the rest of the year will be that much weaker as a result.

Oh, what a shame. Still, at least we can avoid that final series and be safe the knowledge that after that, we are free from it forever.

What’s Davina going to do? Peddling hair colour and anti-ageing tat can only last for so long before they tire of her too.

Don't really understand why everyone's so anti Big Brother. There are plenty of programmes I can't stand, so I don't watch 'em.
