ive been asking for a new computer for about 4 years, its hard playing games on a pent 4 with a 9600 and 1.5gb of ddr1 ram

also, should i go for a non reference cpu cooler, if so which 1 is best

If your going to overclock or you care about how much noise your PC makes, yes. The Titan Fenrir is meant to be pretty good.

I've never used one so couldnt say personally but read a review which said it was brilliant on everything apart from noise (owing to the fact the fan had to be run at 'high' to be effective)
