I've spotted that sort of thing a few times. Those 'Buy 2 and save ££' offers aren't always as good as they appear. Same with larger packs, buying bulk isn't always cheaper (recently I bought 2 packs of 25 cocktail sausages for IIRC £1.40 each, the 40 pack was £2.99  ) If there was a Sainsburys near me and I had the time, I'd go and buy two packs of mayo, then kick up a fuss over the two pence. Just for fun.

Yes, I saw a 6-pack of sweetcorn tins that was cheaper than 4 larger tins (Tesco I think?) But a bit of maths found the £/sweetcorn was 30% higher...

GAAAAH!!!  My laptop has just expired.  It was under fairly heavy load, and the screen went black. The underside feels very hot and the CPU fan exhaust smell strongly of solder, which I take to be a bad sign

Got some free Lynx bullet things (and holder in a nice box) from some pretty girls at uni, had to get a pic with one of them
