It's relatively ok, just been bleeding a fair bit as it was really swollen last night, a smallish clot (well about the same size as a small pea and a bit of pus but mainly the discomfort of it

Typically got another 1 week course of antibiotics which I can't start until Sunday as I'm out tomorrow night and mixing them causes liver damage apparently...

Hmmn, I'm tired but want to go out later to see loads of people I haven't seen since uni. Must find a way to wake up without OD'ing on coffee.

ION Apparently my internet is fixed.

BATMOBILE REPLICA COST $1 MILLION USD

Quote:
An eccentric would-be Dark Knight from Sweden has created his very own Batmobile. He spent over one million USD and 20,000 man hours creating this swooping matt-black monster and, as 'replicars' go, it is pretty extensive.
The custom-moulded body is mounted to the chassis from a 1973 Lincoln Continental, and an unspecified engine is reported to give the new caped crusader over 700bhp to use for his noble deeds.

The owner picked a good starting point, choosing to base his car on the early-90s Tim Burton era Batmobile, featured in Batman (1989) and Batman Returns (1992). The actual car built for the films featured a custom-built chassis and was powered by a Chevrolet 350 engine. One of the five of these cars that were built went up for auction back in May of this year, and though the final sale price is not known, it is thought to have been in excess of a quarter of a million USD.

I've just sat down to complete my favourite puzzle in the Daily Mail and can't believe they've printed it with the answers already filled in!

That makes sense. I have noticed Finlay's subtle adjustment to the title of the newspaper.

Why is life so complicated?

I got my bank statement this morning and for every PayPal transaction this month, I had been charged £1.25. After a total of over four hours on the phone, my bank have eventually agreed to refund the charge because PayPal were so unhelpful.

Despite my moaning and groaning about my bank, I found them extremely helpful this evening. Within 30 seconds of dialling, I got through to a UK call centre and an extremely helpful operator. The same can't be said for PayPal!

Peter.

Because if it were simple, it would be a hell of a lot more boring! :P

Yes it is

However the Daily racist fail wouldn't have been so subtle
