He's a chef who's well know for killing and prepping animals himself. Has even been know to eat road kill.

Ahh, I see.

I've eaten at the "Roadkill Cafe" in the US, but I wouldn't here. Elmer doesn't eat them though, he just shoots them. Sometimes he leaves a couple outside the door for his daughter (Mrs Fishwife) who probably uses them in her magic spells.
