We're off to JJs for a night of drunken debauchery, using our extra hour to drink a bit more (if I can stay awake anyway) take care and remember to put your clocks back tonight xx

Enjoy your evening...
Note to self: Do NOT put back the clocks in my car or living room, as I didn't put them forward last time... :P

We did, it was a great evening, gorgeous food, lots of good company and music. Lots of drinking as well and JJs apple & banana wine got me very drunk, very quickly!! Luckily each course of dinner was spaced out well so there was recovery time in the middle, KW and I did some Uke jamming and everyone enjoyed the Tequila Gold

This afternoon when we woke up, I was glad that we don't do this every weekend, tummy and head are both a little delicate and I'm really very tired!!

I'm also feeling a little delicate, but I'm sure I'll be fine by next Saturday when I shall be partying with friends in Cambridge. These however are slightly more sensible folk, so I expect I'll be having less to drink and a relatively early night. I doubt there will be live ukulele music either :(

I'm glad you enjoyed it, and seem to have made it home safely. The Uke is brilliant, and I'm so going to make a wireless pickup for it so you can do the loud feedback and distortion next time. I'm rather tempted to pick one up myself now. Rockin'! :)

Morning all,

Have developed some sort of stomach infection with all appropriate symptoms and I feel awful. Still, it could be worse - a couple of relatives are struck down with Swine Flu.

The wife had that for over a week. I got away with about 24 hours

I watched 50 Dead Men Walking last night (I recommend it, it only diverts from the book at the end really) and thought the rain in one scene was a bit OTT, then I thought 'Actually...'

I think I'd like a little more drama, as well as more money.

Sorry to hear about your Gran, by the way. I understand you're probably expecting the worst, so all I can do is send my best wishes.

Ditto. I've got some work for about three days and then an abyss of nothing. Should make for an interesting Christmas

Edd, Primer should be colour coded. I know you didn't do the image, but the person that did bets a big FAIL from me regarding that.
The 12 Angry Men is ace though.

How did you get from primer to 12 Angry Men? Random - and I scrolled. Ace film though. Hard to get anyone to watch it with me as it's black and white so I've only seen it once so far. Did Sky+ it last year but it was sat there so long I deleted it again.

I scrolled and saw the image but still did not make much sense to me. I guess I should look again tomorrow when my brain might have woken up.

Meh. I've not a lot to be positive about. Still, I guess I have a roof over my head, Best Beloved and two cats who love me.
