There is no genuine chocolate, there isn't a choclate bar standard to 'adhere' to, it's a human invention, saying something 'isn't chocolate' when it blatantly is is just pretentiousness :P

Wrong, actually. The French tried to get the EU to force us to name it "Vegelate", arguing that real chocolate only using cocoa solids and cocoa butter, not vegetable fat. The EU disagreed.
