I hope these sick bastards get the book thrown at them. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/camb ... 329496.stm

In cases like this, my inner Tory comes out. The punishment should match the crime. In other words, the perpetrator is also kicked in the head and left to die. I can't believe I just typed that.

In the words of Vogon Jeltz, "Death's too good for them!" I hope they loose sleep at night, if not now, then maybe in the future.

Sadly, I think that's unlikely. Unless they end up sharing a cell with a bloke called Big Gay Dave, in which case I'll assign it to Justice being a dog person. Jon

Is it too much to hope that Big Dave might be a dog lover [platonic] ?

+1 for kicking perpertrators in the head.
This reminds me of another BBC news story I read a week ago where an asian man's dog attacked another passerby. The owner strangled his dog to death there and then in the park.

I don't know what's more disturbing the actual incident, or this spurious piece of bulls h i t "reporting" WTF is that supposed to mean, everyone who wears hooded tops kicks dogs to death, what is going wrong with everything, why even say that. This story seems designed to elicit an emotional reaction and create an environment of fear and despite my cynicism I am reacting because I'd happily kick the perpetrator in the head, not to death though that would be to good for them.

Sloppy journalism, perhaps. I suspect all that's implied is they wore hooded tops and therefore cannot be identified.

I'm sure if we called in CSI they'd hook into a CCTV camera, find a teaspoon on the floor which contains a reflection of the perps faces from which they'd be able to identify them. All within 10 minutes.
