LOL @ People blaming the Tories for the plan when they are opposing the GOVERNMENT and the ISA for bringing this in.

Euro-state? What's that? The European Union has done more to safeguard privacy and civil liberties in the past decade than HMG have done in 1000 years.

Yeah, because we'd really need to spy on that many people if we were allowed by the EU to boot out undesirables.
