Do they still sell XP in any version?

If they do, what would the price difference be between OEM copies of it and 7 for talk's sake?

Would the media PC run 7?

How important is Media Centre? Or can you have a realistic comfortable alternative?

The Akasa Vortexx neo only supports the newer G92 8800GTS (you didn't say what one you had), I know that as I've got 10 on my desk ready to bung on fleabay

For media centre you need either XP MCE, Vista HP or Windows 7

Make sure you add the mce remote & receiver.

If you're not gaming on it then a 8400GS or 9300/9400 series card (or an ati 4350) would be fine. Passive ones are less than £30

ive only asked that twice and only wen u sed ur getin rid of harware

did you txt that from your phone or via your pc?
if so then maybe your predictive txt as gone awol or your spell checker is switched off or maybe your just a dumb nut

I've got a Vortexx on an 8600GT in a PC I don't use, I tried it out on a 4850 and it did an awful job of cooling unless the fan was running very quickly, by which point is was friggin noisy. Custom PC reckoned it was quiet and it did a good job of cooling, I agree with neither of those things. Even something old like the VF-900CU does a better job of cooling with less noise.

Also those flower coolers by Zalman, had one on a Fi-90HD Abit boarded MCE system and it was noisy, not so much fan noise it made this awful droning noise and there is no auto fan control.

Not trying to pee on anyones chips, just saying like.
