It is something that females worry about, in a breast cancer situation there'd be nothing we could do about it, but the reactions of our partners is still a worry. We've got a friend who has just gone through a mastectomy which has affected the GF, she keeps asking the same question bless her. They saved her nipple and have reconstructed the breast and slowly bump up the implant (over a few months) until the breast is the same as the other... amazing really. Anyway this thread is getting morbid............ more pics please Zippy
