iTunes synching problem

Post iTunes synching problem
Hiya

One of my colleagues can't get iTunes to synch her TV shows even though they were on the iPods before. It's now removed it from both her iPods. Any ideas?

Has she downloaded HD versions? iPods won't load HD content, if she re-downloaded at a higher quality, it could cause them to stop syncing.

Not sure what resolution it was in. She has one TV show and it was on both her iPods last week.

I'll let her know anyway and see what she says.
