Managed to get out on the Broads on Sunday - (lil un was with his mother) Got a bit windier than I've been used to, but we didn't go over or hit the reeds - unlike a few of those in the Wayfarers. At one stage there was four out of the six boats with their noses in the marsh I shouldn't laugh - but I will, 'cause none of them was me At least reeds are soft & cheap - better than hitting one of the floating gin palaces that pose around the rivers - although...

Saturday fabby trip to London, only queued 20 or so minutes to get on the eye, I had my picture taken with a genuine Ghostbuster. We saw some people protesting outside the Houses of parliament and walked among them taking pictures of the statues. Walked up to Horse Guards and watched the men in silly hats doing parade and inspection so shockingly they must have been the n00bs. Saw Buck house, couldn't see No.10 (too many pleesemen with big guns!) and according to my Mister I've got enough pictures of various pleese personnel that I'm going to skip jail and go straight to Hell Brilliant day, loads of pics and very tired sore people when we got home. Today we got up and spent hours with Rosie at the garage, more body-filling and sanding, I got the back light surrounds clean and sprayed with primer while Mr worked on the wheel arches and sides of the boot. Since we got home I've deep cleaned the kitchen, sorted out the hammys, done laundry, swept and washed the steps and tidied up the whole house. Mr is doing fishy water changes then we're going to make chinese nibbly things, watch "The light fantastic/Colour of Magic" made for tv thing that we've borrowed from my 'rents with popcorn. If we like it, we've also borrowed "The Hogfather" which we can watch tomorrow. Tomorrow we've got no plans, it's supposed to widdle down all day, we need to go shopping at some point, I have my fishy water changes to do and we might buy some fish otherwise, lots of relaxing and enjoying the feeling of playing hooky on a school day

Well I went to the Tigers - Cardiff game. It was quite an experience! Can't decide if I'm happy or not, and it did demonstrate the procedures for drawn knock-out games need to be worked on somewhat, but it does mean a trip to Edinburgh during exams!

Today I mostly tidied my office at home, changed computers and installed all my programs again. I also made sausage rolls.

GP SF in the pub during Sat. afternoon, then Star Trek in the eventide. Sunday i think is fairly free, possibly seeing Wolverine. And probably should do some revision at some point. Oh well!

Hopefully seeing some/one of you lot tomorrow, and I've just been invited to something on Sunday, think it's body building expo or something. *Shrug* Whatever it is, it'll be better than doing nothing.

It all rather depends on the outcome of the 'Tax on the stupid' thread!

Going for a long overdue haircut, and Sunday I'll be at the Wiscombe Park Hill Climb, where the Vintage Sports Car Club will be generally having a lot of fun with old cars racing up a steep hill. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2KBnAeITfPs
