Whatever that means.

£65 for an alarm clock with a light bulb stuck on top? If you want to wake up to natural light, go to sleep with the curtains open. Easy.

I personally would be more than likely waking up to a migraine doing that

The Sun doesn't wake me up on a morning. What chance does a little light have?

It isn't light by the time I leave the house (and it is dark by the time I get back again), so that won't work... That said, I generally wake up naturally before my alarm goes off.

I think this wake-up light is probably good for a migraine: clicky

I used to set my hi fi to play a live version of One Vision by Queen, gradually building crowd noise and synthesizers before Bryan May cranks up the power chords to get you to your feet, however it's obligatory to then strut to the bathroom in the style of Freddy.

I doubt that will be much help for someone with SAD Read up on it a while ago since spending a lot of time inside I feel almost constantly tired, and it appears to be a light box that is required, something with a lot more candelas (the term for brightness) and it's meant to be a constant exposure rather than just waking up to it Unfortunate acronym for a disease

Somewhere else linked to it mentioning SAD in the process, otherwise I would never have thought of it
