Greatest ever (non-computer) game

There have been 76 nominations.
All games using playing cards (52) have been listed under one entry.

The groups for the heats have been randomly selected by Excel, so if all your favourites are in one heat.... tough.
Round 1 will have groups of 5 or 6 in each heat.
Round one is purely to sort the wheat from the chaff. You get two votes each and the top three go through. If you only want to use one vote (or none for that matter) you can.
In future rounds you'll only get one vote.

Yeah, I think this is probably the weakest heat of round one.

I've only ever heard of Top Trumps.

I can't recall ever actually playing a game, but I remember looking through the sets my uncles had, and not really understanding the concept.

So, I think I shall abstain this round, since I've never actually played any of the games listed.

Top Trumps for me too. I'd probably be choosing that even if I had heard of the others.
