They were probably from a multipack.

I think he should be applauded if anything.

It sounds like the issue is the crisps, as opposed to the mark-up.

If the school has banned them on their premises, then I would expect him to be booted, even if he was giving them away.

He is breaking school rules, so a suspension is to be expected.
