I know there are sites you can buy them from but its the emulator I cant get working its a total nightmare lol

What exactly are you asking?

There are loads of emulators out there, depends on what you want to emulate.
ROMs are only legal if they're freeware or you've bought the ROM from the copyright owner (generally costs thousands)
What emulator exactly are you having problems with, what setup are you running it on.

Please explain before I get bored of locking threads.

No worries I figured it out and got it working, sorry for being a pain, just trying to get some old school arcade action on the go for the relatives coming round for xmas. thanks sas your the best.
