Greatest ever (non-computer) game

There have been 76 nominations.
All games using playing cards (52) have been listed under one entry.

The groups for the heats have been randomly selected by Excel, so if all your favourites are in one heat.... tough.
Round 1 will have groups of 5 or 6 in each heat.
Round one is purely to sort the wheat from the chaff. You get two votes each and the top three go through. If you only want to use one vote (or none for that matter) you can.
In future rounds you'll only get one vote.

A close call between Ludo and Backgammon for me, but Ludo won out.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

You do know you get two votes in round 1 don't you?

EDIT

Sorry, I forgot to set that up. I've changed the poll to two votes now.

Due to lack of opponents in the other games, I play Cthulhu the most these days.

However, I voted for Ludo and Backgammon. Similar games in many ways, and I like the combination of luck and skill. Much like life.

Also mark another vote for Backgammon - I can't re-vote. :)

Eh? I've only been able to vote once in all of the other rounds.

Just backgammon for me, I don't want any others to go through.

What is Sopwith, apart from a bi-plane, and a computer game about a bi-plane?

Call of Cthulhu is a role-playing game based on H P Lovecraft's story of the same name and the associated Cthulhu Mythos.
