It's properly snowing again.

Which wouldn't be a problem if my mother didn't have to drive through it on her own tomorrow.

I figure you must be somewhere near me Bucket, just had about another inch or so dumped round my way. It's never going to sodding thaw this. I'll still be slipping on pavements in March.

Jon

No such light dusting here.

It's properly, scarily snowing....

...and it's starting to feel like nuclear fallout.

I'm in Bolton. I may well nip out with a ruler in a mo, but looking out I'd say we have a good three inches on the ground now and it's still snowing. This has pretty much reset things to where they were just before christmas. I've abandoned the idea of trying to get to work at all for a couple of days.

I'll tell you what, I'm not looking forward to my next meter reading. I've had the heating on nearly all the time this month.

I was underestimating somewhat. The snow outside my door is actually about 9 inches deep. And it's still snowing heavily.

Crikey, looks like a Ski resort. Apparently it's going to snow here this afternoon for the first time. Never known it so cold though even though we haven't had any snow.

I've never heard of Crikey, and neither has worldatlas.com ;) :P

We've had about 4 inches in the space of about an hour here. :D

And it's still going. School's been shut down, busses aren't running and it's so cold that lighters don't work. Seriously. :)
