Meet The Spartans.

We only ended up watching this as we were at the cinema and the film we wanted to see (The Bank Job, IIRC) was no longer showing. I'd seen an OK-ish trailer for it, so we bought the tickets.

Supposedly a spoof of 300, but it's basically just the plot of 300 with some really lame jokes and merkin pop culture thrown in. Apparently it's only an hour long (felt like a lot longer, and not in a good way...), which shows how weak the 'plot' was. I think I laughed maybe twice, both at the stuff that was in the trailers anyway.

That was one of the few times in a cinema where I've really considered giving up and leaving, and to make it worse, it's tainted my experience of the proper film.

I just really wish I could unsee it now. :(

I caught this on Sky shortly after seeing 300 so it was fresh in my mind. I thought it was quite funny - especially the digs at CGI. We'd missed the beginning so watched it again but it wasn't as funny the 2nd time around.

Did you know the whole of 300 was filmed on one rock from different angles?

Lost in Translation.

It's soooo boring. Nothing happens. The only mildly entertaining bit of the film is when he's trapped on the cross trainer thingy.
Terrible, terrible film that doesn't deserve any of the praise it received.

Watching Glitter after a heavy session on a LAN, comedown from cider/pizza/gaming/fags meant I didn't have the strength to change the channel.

In a strange reversal though, I watched Bad Boy Bubby expecting a big pile of poo, turned out to be an amazing film :)

BASEketball. Worse than any movie I have ever watched. The only reason I watched it was because it was done by Trey Parker and Matt Stone (the guys who did South Park).

Paranormal Activity.
It offended me and my mate so much we re-cut the trailer and it can be seen here on YouTube.
If you do intend on seeing this film (for the love of god, WHY?!?) then don't watch this re-cut trailer because it gives spoilers.

I switched off 12 Rounds due to the severe lack of acting, and it's a John Cena film, it's not like I was expecting much to begin with

At the cinema, Transformers 2 and AvP2 actually made me angry just at the state of Hollywood these days

EDIT - And Transformers 2 may be the actual definition of eye-raped

What a steaming turd that one was!

Ah! The search for god. I'm searching for a rusty razor to scrape the memory of Uhura's "sexy" dance from my mind.

I think Total Recall deserves a mention in this thread, if only for it's staggeringly bad special effects.

Max Payne - so bad I think I repressed it, only remembering when Caz mentioned it in another thread

How did I forget about the last Indy

Oh, and I know we have a few fans here, but I couldn't even finish the last Bond

Heh Heh, bad movies are always going to be subjective so this could easily become a contentious thread

I enjoyed Transformers 2, and the last Indy, although I appear to not have seen many of the terrible movies you guys are discussing. I really didn't like "A Scanner Darkly" although that's mostly because I was so distracted by the ani-film technique that I found it impossible to keep up with what was actually going on. Watching it a second time didn't help and I ended up turning it off.
