Why would he want account details to send DVDs to? I think he might just want to send you back your money for the second order. It's not worth  over.

no. You should have an IBAN number somewhere on bank statements. I think that what he needs. Or see if he can just credit the money back to your card.

ok I found a statement and see the IBAN number, I take it the IBAN number never changes?? so Ill just email him that IBAN number and all should be cool? _________________

Yeah it should be enough. Add the address of your bank branch and the name of it and you're good to go

checked my bank balance and they haven't taken out any cash but ive already emailed them with the IBAN etc "as though" they have taken out, so why would they say to send back second order? _________________
