When you wake up, shake the monitor out of sleep mode and just hit "refresh" on the x404 page :D

ROFL!

You know you're a geek when you can wake up and do that without having to sit up or get out of bed :D

...Because you're on the bog, and your laptop battery overheating is what woke you up.

Yep, I can.

Awesome. That is seriously, seriously cool.

You know you're a geek when you admire people that get over 90% CISO test but think 100% would be better. You also know you're a geek when you find out someone can do said tie knot and think it's really cool.

When you go to a forum meetup for the first time and can just tell who the other members are (and they recognise you).

You know you're a geek when you average over 98% in all GCSE exams you have taken so far.

Nah, I knew people who definitely were not geeks and they aced their GCSE's. They just locked themselves in their rooms for three weeks before the exams and crammed...Of course they ruined all the lessons during term time for the rest of us...

You know your a geek when you hear a serial code and can match it to the product, and know the specs for said product...

Hear Hear. Agreed.

And anyway, havent you like taken... 12.5% of each science GCSE lol. (37.5% of one total, if you add them all up xD)
Wait till you hit your ISA's... and P/C/B3's...

Anyhows.. Forquare is much smarter than I ever realised, as proven by his quote :O
----------------

You know your a geek when - you have a binary up to hexadecimal calculator on your person at all times!

(ps. Darn you all and your quote towers...)

That's a good one.

Alex, I've done roughly 50% of each science (I say roughly as I have no idea what the ISA is worth) and some percentage of maths. You know you're not a geek when remembering simple percentages and what they link to is beyond you

You know you're a geek when you actually like the BSOD because it means you can tinker with your PC.

Apologies, I meant to congratulate you on your current success and hope it continues :)

You know your a geek when you can't use the 'user friendly' GUI to one of the OS's you use everyday because you live at the command line. Green on black terminals FTW!

Meh. Well you get results faster than me lol

Just so I can feel important, I have completed the science 1 module (consisting of modules 1a and 1b). I got straight A*s in Physics, Chemistry and Biology 1a and did the same in 1b. In Physics so far, I average 98%. Sorry, just had to

So I was nearly accurate lol
(although I assume you have now done another module or ISA's..)

See memory aint all bad.. now I gotta spend 5 min thinking of another random quote... and I would say gratz, but they do say sumthing bout jealously being the greatest evil or something....

You know you are a geek when you get into conversations you should be having in real life on a forum....
