Did I say how much I hate US greed?
*sigh*

I just think it's sad that a British company, founded by Quakers in the 19th century, and not exactly on skid row, has been subject to an effectively hostile takeover bid from a US food giant.
Great Britain once made everything we consumed. Of course, I'm not suggesting Kraft are going to close the Cadbury factories, or lose the brand, but there's always that danger. And it makes me sad.

Kraft Creme Eggs. From what I can tell, American chocolate is even further from the real stuff that Cadbury‘s is. Don’t Cadbury’s own Green and Blacks?

Amen to that! Anyone ever tried Hersheys chocolate? it has an aftertast of puke lol. Kraft is the inventor of the famous powdered Mac and Cheese I do hope they keep the original Cadbury recipe and not make a cheap go at it.

I don't eat Cadbury so it doesn't really matter to me note: Sainsbury's basic chocolate (28p a bar) is real belgian chocolate and really really tasty

I don’t get the difference - unless you are only capable of eating one.

I really hope they don't bounce the factory but, tbh, the chocolate is f***ing terrible.
All this will do is force more people to eat real chocolate.
