Just snuck in there. Although I'm sure 500 sigs will make no difference.

I know, I'm not sure why they set such a short deadline. I only found out about it a few hours ago myself.

2 million signatures will have no effect, they will still do what they want. They will just [LIFTED] us about why they are doing this.

Actually wouldn't this improve your attractiveness to the opposite sex, if they can get over your accent?

Of course. I nearly couldn't be assed, but then I thought what the hell. At least I've done something I suppose

I've got no problem with full body scanners, if it speeds up the process and reduces the possibilities of successful cowardly acts on mainly innocent victims them I'm in.

What is wrong with being scanned? It doesn't, apparently, spot any hidden explosives. It does, apparently, infringe certain human rights, particularly when concerned with small children. So, nothing wrong with it at all. Nothing, because it doesn't actually work, except to make normal people's lives just that bit more miserable for no reason at all. </rant> Edited to add it's also costing a fortune to implement with no proven positive results.

I don't mind full body scans providing the person seeing the scan is in another room. For some reason I don't want them to see the scan and then be able to stare me in the face. Probably because I'm fat and I would feel like they were laughing at me.

It's all bs. Just like ID cards and all the other things that make us safer. But as pointed out earlier in the thread, we have no choice. Welcome to democracy.
