I can understand dumping on Christmas because it's so nausiatingly over comercialised that it practically bankrupts some people, and actively feeds the fat capatilist pig consumer greed which is destroying the planet. I hate Christmas.

Valantine's day doesn't have to be about money at all. It can simply be breakfast in bed and a foot massage, or any other loving attention which the busy rigours of modern life never seem to leave enough time for.

It's like a birthday, but just for the two of you. Of course, when you're in love every day is special - but if you maintained maximum love overdrive all year long you'd be sick. It's like exactly like chocolate. Love is chocolate.
